I got second highest score W00T!

Not bad, but I have one little suggestion-

The brown and orange are too similar in hue.... I kept getting mixed up between the actual colours orange and brown as opposed to getting confused between the written word and it's colour.....

But this is a fun little game. Seven stars.

Needs a little fine-tuning.

By that I mean that the premise of the game is good, and the satirical, almost half-assed nature of the game is perfect for the likes of NG.
However, in the heaven level in particular, the low framerate of the animation made it very difficult to predict Frank's motions, making it harder than it needed to be to shoot him.
Other than that, you might want to put some more detail into the characters and background. One thing you should probably do is add some civilian characters... Because as the game stands, all I really had to do was look for the first moving object...
Another thing is that since the background is black and white, and the target is in blue, all I really had to do was find the blue... You should probably colour in the background to help stop this. (And a blue sky on the Heaven level would certainly make the shot a bit harder.)

As it stands, I don't think this game is worth more than four stars... But if my above suggestions were taken into account and acted upon, I would probably give this game a higher rating... Maybe seven or more stars.

Keep at it...

eh, it's nothing too clever, really.

Tic Tac Toe is a classic game, that I actually rather enjoy playing during my lectures at university (although I should be working).
However, the AI in this game is actually seems to be focussed upon offence. It does use 'winning tactics', it doesn't seem to take any steps against the old fashioned 'middle-middle, lower right, lower left' formula.' (which can be adapted to be 'middle middle, upper right, lower right', or whatever 'side' may be free.)

It's sometimes called the 'pyramid' method. But the AI in this game doesn't seem to recognise it.

Other than that, a sterling effort. Eight stars.

great!

for a puzzle game, it's pretty damn badass! And I'm not even a puzzle game fan!

I got about as far as level thirteen before I decided I should stop before becoming addicted.
Ten stars and five ginger kid grins.

addictive.

Neat little game, and it's dangerously addictive. I've already wasted my whole lunch break on it, and I'm still playing.
Nine stars.

pretty good.

Not bad, in fact it's a pretty novel and original idea which I really like.

The only thing that lets it down is that the controls are a little awkward.

Seven stars.

nice!

Very nice, very nice indeed.
It's very rare that I see a game that is quite as well-engineered as this one... I actually spent about two hours playing this game, trying to see it all before I decided to stop and write a review.
This game has surprisingly good visuals and a nice twist on the traditional 'space shooter' stereotype.
No longer do enemies come at you in neat, ordered lines that you can mow down as they pass, but instead they zigzag, dodge and avoid your fire.

Again, nice game. Nine stars.

Worth a giggle.

I've always thought that Bush was a pretty stupid idiot, so when I started fooling around with your Bush-isms creator, I actually got a good little chuckle at it.

However, one small criticism... I found that - especially on the longer quotes - that I didn't have time to read all of what "Dubya" was saying before it clipped back to the 'gen-uh-rate' button.
I think that the time period allocated for reading the quote should be slightly longer, or better yet, instead of automatically going back to the gen-uh-rate page, the flash only goes back when a special 'back' button is pressed.

But all in all, a good little flash that brightened up my monday morning.
For that, seven out of ten.

I'm a student studying a 32-hour a week science course, and I have a 20-hour per week job. I don't have much free time, but I spend much of it animating, drawing, and studying martial arts. I will be posting my works up here for all to see very soon.
